STORAGE

Caviar is best consumed within 7 days of arrival. It is best to store this product unopened in the refrigerator. Once opened, we recommend consuming caviar within 3 days.

BELUGA HYBRID

Beluga Hybrid comes from Italy and is crossbred; Beluga with Siberian Sturgeon. These beads are large, firm in texture, and appear to have a dark, charcoal grey appearance. Beluga Hybrid holds a buttery, rich & smooth flavor profile.


KALUGA OSETRA

Kaluga Osetra comes from Asia and is known for its amber/dark green color. These beads are large, when compared to most other types of caviar, and firm in texture. Kaluga Osetra holds a rich flavor profile providing a creamy taste with a concise finish.

ORIGIN

Today, caviar can come from various species, however, it is traditionally from sturgeon. Originating from the Caspian Sea, premium caviar is now produced as a luxury good worldwide. This highly sought-after product is known to be rich in Vitamin A, E, B5, & B12. Additionally, it is also a good source of Iron, Magnesium, and Selenium.


PAIRING

Caviar is best paired with champagne, white wine, or vodka. This luxury product can be enjoyed on its own, however it has become a popular upscale addition to a variety of dishes due to its unique flavor and texture.

KARAT RUSSIAN OSETRA

Karat Russian Osetra comes from regions near the Caspian Sea. This type of caviar holds a golden/brown color and provides a nutty flavor profile. Karat Russian Osetra beads will be medium sized and firm in texture.
