All subscription boxes will ship on the next available business day after your order is placed, and shipping is complimentary. Subscription boxes purchased along with one-time purchases may be shipped separately to arrive on different days. Subscription boxes will be shipped according to the following schedule:

While we do everything in our power to adhere to the above shipping time frame, please note that holidays, severe weather, and unforeseen circumstances may force exceptions to the delivery schedule and expected delivery date. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Shipments require a street address for delivery. We cannot ship to any PO boxes.
- Damage or spoilage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids any guarantee. Please verify your shipping address.
- In the event of severe weather, we will sometimes delay shipment in order to ensure the package will arrive to you in perfect condition. We will contact you if this happens.

All subscriptions will be automatically charged at the frequency which works best for you. Select a delivery frequency that fits your lifestyle, and make changes at any time. Shipping address, billing information, and subscription box may be updated in the customer portal at any time.
