Our American Wagyu Beef is raised in the Corn Belt region of the United States. This is an essential region to raise Wagyu as most of their diet consists of products from local farms. Locally produced grains and vegetation are key in our cattle’s diet to produce a flavorful and tender eating experience. Our commitment to natural and sustainable goes a step further – our American Wagyu is truly all natural. This means they are never given antibiotics or growth hormones throughout the entire raising process. Many producers claim “all natural”, however this only means that it contains no artificial ingredients, added color, and is minimally processed. Fed for over 400 days, our full-blood Wagyu are crossed with Black Angus to give you an exceptional eating experience.
