Balinese Sea Salt is not made through the typical solar evaporation method. Sea water is drip-filtered in brined sand and stored on coconut wood. The product is then further dried in a greenhouse creating small crystals with no impurities.
Sarawak Black Peppercorns are harvested by hand once the berries are mature. The peppercorns are then sorted and sun-dried for 4-5 days. In order to keep consistent flavor, only the denser, drier berries are selected.
